8:00 a.m. Children arrive. Hands are washed and free play begins as we prepare for breakfast at

8:30 a.m. Breakfast is served.

9:00 a.m. Hands are washed after breakfast, and before play begins. Children are taken
9:30 outdoors and can participate in gross motor, art, sensory and creative imagination play.
9:30 a.m. Diaper change and potty times are done as needed. Children are checked every hour
10:30 and children interested in using the potty are on a potty schedule.
10:30 a.m. Snack time.
11:00
11:00 a.m. The children transition indoors for circle time and the daily scheduled activity.

11:30 a.m. Story time. Diaper change and potty time. As the children are taken to the potty, or
12:00 p.m. having their diaper changed, another teacher reads a story to the group as they
wait for their turn. Hands are washed to prepare for lunch.
12:00 p.m. Lunch is served. Hands are washed after the meal.

12:30 p.m. Free play until the 1 p.m. group depart. The children that remain, prepare for nap time.
1:00
1:00 p.m Children prepare for nap either on a cot or in a pack 'n play.
3:00 p.m. The children that depart early use the potty or have their diapers changed and receive a
snack as they prepare for departure at 3 p.m.
4:00 p.m. The children that remain until 5 p.m. have their diaper changed or use the potty, and are 4:30 p.m. given a snack at 4 p.m.
4:30 p.m Children are engaged in play, and prepare to leave for the day.
